First, let us clear up some confusion.  Those who are rich are wealthy because they are wealthy. Protesters seek to transform a billionaire into someone who has to survive on a few hundred million. God has ordained that those with money are his favorite children. Just ask them. Let me make clear to those protesting, please check out the garbage area of hotels and you will find ample food for an evening’s mail.

What can be done? Frankly, not much. Afghan leaders will issue promises to “tighten up screening,” but infiltrations will continue. There are too many people in Afghanistan who don’t like the Karzai government and even more who want ALL foreigners to leave their country. Most probably, that WILL be the end result.

Rebekah is being charged by the government with hiding evidence, and conspiring to thwart the law. She insists  to never having done anything wrong or illegal–at least according to her definition of these words. Prosecutors claim there is “sufficient evidence   for there to be a realistic prospect of  conviction.” Of course, those are words uttered by SOCIALISTS AND COMMUNISTS AND THOSE WHO HATE GOD. How can any member of the Murdoch team be guilty of anything wrong. They always obeyed the Boss. Is that in itself not sufficient evidence of their innocence??

One teenage white girl even provided police with information including the DNA of her rapist, but the Crown Prosecutor did not seek an indictment. Labor MP, Ann Cryer, who has been livid at this brutalization of females exploded in anger: “This is an absolute scandal. They were petrified of being called racist and so reverted to the default of political correctness.”

Finally, the gang was arrested and several of its members sent to jail. Chief Constable Steve Heyword commented: “At the time we did what we thought was best. We have learnt a lot of lessons.” Number one being, behave like policeman who protect the victim, not the rapist!

They believe he presented a “misleading account of his involvement and influence with his newspapers.” In  simple English Rupert turned a blind eye” to what was going on and then blamed subordinates for his own misconduct.

In theory, there is  a concept termed “contempt of Parliament” and it could be used against him. The last time it was used was in 1666. Well, Fox News economic ideas are closer to 1666 than to 2012.

President Obama has made mistakes, but his current programs of stimulating the economy are on the right track. The US economy is leading all but Germany in recovery even as Republicans demand he carry out  austerity programs. Firing people leads to unemployment, not to employment. US corporations have witnessed–under Obama–doubling of the Dow Jones and they are sitting on over $2 Trillion in their corporate accounts. They have NOT been impacted by taxes and the fault lies in failure to hire people, get them working and get them paying taxes.

Elliot told friends of his  desire to douse this girl in gasoline and set her on fire or  get her so drunk  she would choke on vomit. However, he decided to  strangle this sweet young girl and did it in the home of his parents in Dorset, England. His idiot friends helped him cover up the murder but they were so inept that police quickly found out what happened.

After the countless movies and TV programs on how to  murder someone, it should be possible to come up with a better scheme than  strangling someone in the home of your parents?

As to claims that he is behind phone hacking, Mr. Murdoch wants the world to know that he is a VICTIM, not  a culprit. “I think the senior executives were all…misinformed and shielded from anything that was going on there(phone hacking).” In other words the man who claims to be in charge of all Murdoch enterprises now claims he had no knowledge of what went on in his empire of hate and smear.

Gee, I wonder if Rupert would defend Barack Obama from not knowing what was going on in any problem situation.

James Murdoch ran the News of the World, or should we say, that he hired people to do the running. Yes, there were examples of phone hacking and a few other questionable actions, but they were directed against Muslim-loving Socialists who want to destroy Western civilization. So, what is wrong about phone hacking terrorists and those who support LIBERALISM?

The Murdoch family has brought into American homes such wonderful family oriented programs such as Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin. OK, so they cut corners, but it is all done in the name of saving Christian civilization from those MUSLIMS! Murdochs know that lying in the defense of freedom is the right type of lying. So, up with Murdoch, up with lying, and up with ruining the lives of innocent people. Who told them to be  innocent??

Sarkozy has to decide whether to go left or go right. Should he focus on programs that produce jobs or should he focus on “it’s time to hate Muslims?” Going the road of hate usually produces short term results, but tomorrow  still leaves the average voter with no job, no opportunities to get job training and limited unemployment money.

OK, President Thein has not gone all the way and freed political prisoners, but he has taken direct steps to jar open prison doors and allow some to depart. The Burmese government needs support from the western world in order to further the process of democracy. End sanctions NOW and support those in Burma who work for peace and democracy.

This is a serious and complicated situation. Any act of intervention also subjects the teacher to physical harm.  Any act of intervention subjects teachers to charges of physical abuse of students. A teacher who halts a fight and then is charged with student abuse knows even if found innocent, administrators will regard any such legal action as a statement of incompetence upon the part of the teacher.

He blames “Anglo Saxon” ideas of competition as the source of all economic evil in the world. “Les Anglo Saxons”and their “stinking money” are the source of unemployment in France. “We can put our belief in love and humanity above the religion of competition.” Jean-Luc wants France to leave the European Union, end free trade agreements, give more to the middle class and so on.

I believe in Socialism. I also recognize there is no contradiction between believing in socialism and also supporting competition. Competition is not the problem, it is uncontrolled competition which creates problems. France must stimulate competition which leads to a ripple effect of more jobs and higher pay for the poor and middle classes.

I opposed the invasion of Iraq in 2003 because it was to the national interest of the USA to have Iraq as a viable nation which checked the growth of Iran. There never were WMD and there was never any connection between Saddam Hussein and 9/11. Ron Paul has a point when arguing the US should not readily get involved in the affairs of other nations. Unfortunately, we are part of a global economy, we are linked financially and diplomatically with other nations.

Ron Paul raises legitimate questions about when, if ever, the US should intervene in the affairs of other nations. He ignores the power and prestige of the American nation which, whether he likes it or not, IS an international player and we cannot walk away from our responsibilities. War is always the LAST RESORT,  not the first.

Mr. Paul apparently persuades some Americans he knows something about the American economy. I grant he does have valid ideas for what should constitute a 16th century economy. His mind has definitely reached  the 17th century when it comes to economic issues. Unfortunately, he has never studied American history when he argues “in the past government did not get involved in our lives.”

The Bank of the US began under Washington, the noted Socialist!

Lincoln pushed through the first income tax and spent $200,000,000 to build the Transcontinental  Railroad-private enterprise heroes invested $300,000. Lincoln also had the government give away free land under the Homestead Act. Definitely, a SOCIALIST.

Theodore Roosevelt wanted the Federal government to break up monopolies and regulate big business.

And, so on and so on. It would be great if Ron Paul actually read and understood American history. The man is IGNORANT!

The more interesting question is where does Rupert Murdoch and his son fit into this picture of crime? Did they know what was going on? If not, why not? Is Mr. Murdoch responsible for the actions of people he hired to run his vast media empire? If not him, then who is responsible? It is not clear if Mr. Murdoch is guilty of anything other than hiring the wrong people.

Most probably, if the past is any guide to the present, none of those who were in charge will ever be charged with anything. Such is life when one has billions.

A contingent of British Special Boat Services and Royal Marines cooperated with Nigerian forces in surrounding a house in the Nigerian city of  Sokoto which contained the militants. Rupert is upset that other media folk assume  his men and women are guilty. Of course, when Fox News charged future president Barack Obama of not  being an American citizen and claimed he was a secret Muslim, it was simply freedom of the press to lie.

As I recall, Rupert, Obama produced evidence he was born in America, but that did not satisfy your lying  group at Fox News. They continued their smear campaign. In reality, Rupert believes those who work for him are innocent and those making charges are the guilty ones!

The  FBI and the US Justice Department are presently involved in investigations under the Foreign Corruption Practices Act, in order to determine if Murdoch’s News Corporation is guilty of breaking the law. According to Professor Mike Koehler of Butler University, “this spreads the alleged bribery to a completely different newspaper, to a completely different segment of the company and to other police officials.” In other words, it is a serious matter.

Sun Editor Trevor Kavanagh is now crying “freedom of speech.” He now complains that “journalists are being treated like a member of an organized crime gang.” I guess that is an excellent description of working for Rupert Murdochs newspapers.

This is capitalism in action. Not only protect the wealthy, but make certain their children will get a good college education. As for middle class and poor children, you are on your own. After all, this is what capitalism is all about.

So, what are the results of Conservative government? The economy once again  grew smaller, unemployment increased and the wealthy are making more money than ever before. Critic Brendan Barker noted: “the grand austerity plan is failing to tackle the deficit, causing unemployment to spiral out of control, and is now dragging the country towards a recession.”

Oh, David Cameron is “very disappointed.”

Those who man the lines will  be confronted with moral choices. As an observer noted, “Each person will make their own decision on what they want to do. Some will go if asked by police, but others will politely refuse and have to be forcibly removed.” It is quite clear that guy named Jesus would be in the camp of those refusing.

He has a plan to achieve that goal. Fire government employees. Lower taxes on the wealthy, rid business of “government regulations” and make certain those with wealth have confidence their wealth will not be harmed. Cameron believes in what he terms, “popular capitalism.” What does that mean?

1. Low taxes on the wealthy.

2. Allow bankers freedom to go into debt because government will free them from any responsibility to pay off their debts.

3. Cut medical care. It is YOUR responsibility to be healthy.

4. End regulations, any regulations that prevent bankers and stock brokers from manipulating money to make billions.

In essence they argue since the United Kingdom is confronting serious economic challenges, “we don’t need to have it(gay marriage discussion) at this stage.” There are fears it would upset some folk. And, somehow or in some way, it would create “a legal minefield about freedom, religion and equality legislation.”

I believe we have gone through this debate when discussing equal rights for those with black skins or from Asian heritage. That discussion bothered some, and certainly confronted the meaning of marriage.

Jonathan Evans, director general of M15 is pleased at being ranked so high, and promises there is still more work to be done in order to make the Security Service “a truly inclusive place to work.” He went on to promise “we will continue to  support lesbian, gay and bisexual staff to make M15 a truly inclusive place to work.”

I think Fox News should get on this story. How can we Americans allow the UK to send gay and lesbian secret agents to our shores? If gays are around, how can any God fearing American secret agent turn his back?

Let’s change a few words. It is the year 1938 and a group of European nations issue a statement concerning Nazi German attacks on German Jews. “Germany was assaulted with every minute detail mentioning every synagogue that was torched and arguing that state authorities weren’t doing anything to stop Brown Shirt attacks against Jews.” There go those European nations once again assaulting Nazi Germany in an insulting manner.

We are not arguing the Israel government has any plan to kill Palestinians and there is no goal of instituting a Holocaust against Muslims. However, note the similarity in how Israel resorts to the same arguments as did Nazi Germany when minorities are persecuted. The only “disgusting” aspect of this discussion was inability of Israelis to understand torching mosques is reprehensible behavior by people whose ancestors were also attacked by bigots and goons. A Jewish KKK is no different than a Christian one, both are disgusting.

Perhaps, most frustrating for Clegg and Liberals is to constantly listen to Cameron preach the doctrine of  a “Big Society” in which marriage, family, the church and volunteerism will solve problems plaguing the nation. Nick came out swinging at the 1950s version of life, “the suit-wearing, bread winning dad, and apron wearing homemaking mother.” Life changes, society evolves and remaining in the past with memories of what NEVER HAPPENED will not provide jobs and a decent life to the unemployed people of England.

There is evidence the “Big Society” of Conservatives is a big win for the wealthy and zero for the remainder of society.

I am confused. How could the king of the castle know everything that was going on in the castle? OK, so someone showed Jimmy an email from someone, big deal. OK, so Michael Silverleaf, QC told Jimmy there was illegal activity on the newspaper. Big Deal. If Jimmy the Prince says there was not phone hacking, then there was no phone hacking. Who are you going to believe–some damn evidence or the word of Jimmy the Prince?

Nick Clegg, head of the Liberal party which is a member of the coaltion government, was blunt in his criticism. The PM and I clearly do not agree  on teh outcome of the summit  last week. I made it very clear that I think isolation in Europe when we are one against 26 is potentially a bad thing for jobs, a   bad thing for growth and a bad thing for the livelihoods of millions of people in this country. I think that we  need to do now is build  bridges–re-engage and make sure that the British voice is head loud and clear in the heart of Europe.”

Nick feels David has  nicked him in the heart and also damaged the health of Great Britain. So, what is the next step–step out of the coalition?

For some reasons, “conservatives” adopt a “devil may care attitude” when it comes to issues of war and economics. They plunge into debt, they disregard the need for jobs to stimulate an economy, and the only thing on their minds is protect the wealthy at all costs.
