Don’t Tell The Enemy What They Are Doing

A Lt. Mosca complained to Stars & Stripes they were aiding the enemy by publishing information such as “three soldiers hurt as mortar rounds hit Camp; Echo.” He believes informing terrorists of the success or failure of their attacks only aids them to become more efficient.

I suspect there are sufficient number of spies among our Iraq military allies to keep terrorists daily informed about what is happening. The problem is the impossibility of keeping anything secret when many Iraq soldiers are sympathetic to the enemy. I hate to inform the lieutenant but you are caught in a war that we cannot win because our “allies” don’t want to win it.
