Something Wrong With This Figure – 7,243 Moms Serving Overseas

We celebrated Mother’s Day yesterday, but 7,243 mothers were not with their families. They were serving overseas in a crazy war orchestrated by an incompetent president. Isn’t it interesting that Bush portrays himself as protector of family values, but for the life of me I cannot understand how family values are protected when mothers are serving overseas in a war that never should have been initiated. The figures are:

3,496 with the Army
996 with the Air Force
869 with the Navy
647 with Army National Guard
644 with Army Reserve
240 with Navy Reserve
147 with Marine Corps
97 with Air National Guard
96 with Air Force Reserve
11 with Marine Corps Reserve

I am certain President Bush is unfamiliar with the above figures.
