Foreign Workers Exploited in Norway

The number of foreign workers in Norway doubled in a single year from 43,000 to 75,000. Most of the workers are from east European countries and have found work in construction. It is apparent employers have two contracts — one shown authorities and one for the men. The vast majority work for wages below minimum levels and are placed in miserable living conditions.

One a nation becomes wealthy, it ceases doing physical work and engages the talents of foreigners who can be exploited. What would happen if those who become wealthy thought for a moment about those without?
