The United States of America can quickly dispatch thousands within twenty four hours to any spot in the world. However, when it comes to handling paper work for those who have fought, things just are not that quickly handled. It is estimated that a veteran seeking an ANSWER to a question has to wait about 220 days in order to receive a response. Of course, that implies the veteran is still alive to receive the response to his question;
Believe it or not, the Veterans Administration should not be relying on paper to respond to requests. Has anyone told the VA there are now computers?
