2,000 Daily Flee Iraq

The Middle East is experiencing its greatest exodus in history of people from a single nation as 2,000 per day flee Iraq. Millions are now refugees in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, etc.. where they live under miserable conditions. Most fled because of fear of death or due to loss of jobs or witnessing the killing of a relative or family member.

UN relief organizations are being overwhelmed with the number of refugees. So far, limited aid is coming from oil rich nations such as Kuwait or Saudi Arabia or Qatar. This exodus surpasses in numbers Palestinians who fled their homeland during the 1948 war with Israel. Will the world twenty years from now be dealing with this refugee problem?
