President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is in deep trouble with Iranian clerics who fear he is attempting to create his own power structure. So, it is not surprising the man who speaks too much even for his own clerics, has to say something about Israel and its future. According to the Iranian news agency, ISNA, “Iran believes that whoever is for humanity should also be fore eradicating the Zionist regime(Israel) as a symbol of suppression and discrimination.” His remarks came a day before Qods Day(Jeruslaem Day) which marks the annual anti-Israel occasion for hate.
Hopefully, no one takes these remarks for other than what they are-an attempt on the part of Ahmadinejad to come across as poweful and being number one hater of Israel. The people of Iran do not wish a nuclear conflict with Israel. For that matter, nor do clerics who actually run the country.
