Bombs Away In Beirut

I assume there are militant groups in the city of Beirut, Lebanon which sit around becoming upset because war is raging in Syria, war is raging in Egypt, war is raging in Iraq, but no war is raging in Lebanon. How the hell can one be a member of a militant group which is not at war?? Of course, members of Hezbollah in Lebanon have drifted across the border into Syria in order to engage in fighting to suppor the regime of President Bashar al-Assad. What else could happen, but members of dissident Syrian groups becoming angry at the appearance of strangers from Lebanon in their fair land? Yesterday, a car bomb exploded in a southern Beirut neighborhood which is dominated by Hezbollah. The bombing was either caused by a suicide bomber or by someone in close proximity to the car.

At least 21 people were killed and over 200 were wounded. A Sunni Islamist group calling itself the Brigades of Aisha claims responsibility for the attack. It is good news that another group is getting into the war program. Eventually, everyone will be at war with someone. I assume at that point we have peace.
