There are times when one is left wondering at which school of politics President Obama actually attended or is it possible he never went to school. Former President Bill Clinton offered some wise and calm words of wisdom to the president. He discussed the latest fiasco in which people are losing their existing health insurance as the new Affordable Care Act unfolds. Clinton suggested to the president: “I personally believe, even if it takes a change to the existing law, the president should honor the commitment the federal government made to those people(who are losing their existing health insurance) and let them keep what they got.”
A realistic solution. One doubts if Barack Obama can do anything that is reasonable. He most probably will ignore the wise piece of advice. Then again, why didn’t those in charge of the Affordable Care Act anticipate these problems? Once again, incompetence is the rule even when the subject is important to all Americans. Yes, the Affordable Care Act has been bungled, but, then again, whateve the problems with this law, it in no way compares to the fiasco at the Veterans Administration!
