Danish Police Arrest Suspected Terrorists

Raids by the Danish Police Intelligence Service (PET) rounded up several suspected terrorists who had been the subject of months of intensive investigation and surveillance by the police. According to Jakob Scharf of PET: “We made our move now because we had gathered enough evidence to make arrests and because several of the suspects had created an unstable explosive in a densely populated housing area.”

Since American diplomats are free to give advice to Denmark and Norway concerning capturing terrorists, it appears they can handle the situation without input from the Bush administration.
