without compelling STATE interest to prohibit such actions we must allow this type of activity to continue (Gays marrying) such is the literal interpretation of the Law of the land. sorry if i view EQUAL PROTECTION as being for ALL Americans.

What is all the controversy for? If you’re gay you’re gay. you are attracted to someone of the same sex. And what’s so bad about that. Being gay is not an epidemic. It will not spread throughout society and turn everyone else. People can’t help who they fall in love with. Just as a hetero likes one person and not another. Any of you heteros know that sometimes you are just not attracted to someone who may like you. Gays are not attracted to the opposite sex. Case closed.
Can’t I say to heteros…is it possible your heterosexuality is a phase you may outgrow?
If you have never slept with a person of the same gender how do u know you would not prefer that?

did homosexuals ever really do anything to anybody? or are people just too judgmental? i mean honestly? why should we all cae so much about other peoples lives and who they love? itz not our part to be judging! i mean what if “gays” started to judge “straights”? how would you feel? thats soooo stupid how people just judge because of who ppl love!!!!!!! let them have the same right s as everyone else and let them go on living their lives with out being judged. itz just wrong in so many ways!!!! i dont get it.

buffoon..if no one cares what gays do with their life, why is it an issue with who they marry. homosexuals are not asking you or anone else to be homosexual along with them, they are simply asking to be treated the same.

i think gays are outstanding i mean they love and live just like us i mean just because they love someone that’s not of there opposite sex does not mean there different from us they love and do things just like us and i think ppl should just get a life and let them live there’s! gosh…

Whatever happened to the separation of church and state? If the two are truly separate, as everyone claims they are, then this shouldn’t be an issue. Plus, gays aren’t even against Christianity. Christians might be personally, but their Holy Book isn’t.

Why the hell do you care what they do if you dont care about them buffoon? if your against it get over it because ashley is right discrimintation needs to end! and it will just like every other case of discrimination. the hatred might still be there somewhere but one day maybe we will have the perfect world were everyone loves each other and theres no hatred for minority groups.

Gays should have rights just like everybody else. Who gives us the right to tell people who they should fall in love with. Love is Love, and God loves everybody its people who hate, not God.
