Death in the Bronx, death in Afghanistan, death and death, the only certainty is these deaths have nothing to do with those who make money. NATO forces in the southern Afghan province of Uruzgan entered a village, saw two boys listening to a radio and concluded they were members of the Taliban. Rifles were raised, bullets flew from them and two boys were soon dead. General Joseph Dunford apologized for the error, the boys were buried and two more bodies became part of Afghanistan soil.
Mistakes are made in war. There are always errors of judgment. Unfortunately, the use of drones, the use of bombings of villages simply INCREASES the probability of error. No one is perfect, but there certainly is perfection when it comes to the lives of those with money–they ALWAYS LIVE.
