Secetary of State John Kerry has been working, literally nonstop, to attain some form of peace to the people of the Middle East. Unlike the tepid efforts of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton wo literally gave up on peace efforts and allowed Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu the right to deprive Muslim Israelis and Palestians of their human rights, Kerry continues to fight for peace. He landed in Egypt the other day and made a fervent plea in support of Egyptians seeking to establih a democratic government. Kerry blasted the ousted regime of Mohammed Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood for capturing the revolution led by secular Muslim youth in oder to transform it into a narrow minded religious rebellion.
Kerry was blunt in his critcism of the Muslim Brotherhood. “Those kids in Tahrir Square were not motivated by any religion or ideology, They were motivated by what they saw through this interconnected world, and they wanted a piece of the opportunity and a chance to get an education and have a job and have a future and not have a corrupt government that deprived them of allof tht and more, and press ahead with reform.”
