The business community owes a deep debt of gratitude to former President George Bush since he appointed a host of conservative judges who regard their duty to protect the interests of job creators and regard those who work for poverty rates as being blessed to work for those destined to rule. US District Judge Charles Breyer ruled that an attempt to file a class discrimination suit against Walmart on behalf of 150,000 employees of that wonderful company could not be accepted. The Walmart employees charged that 150,000 Walmart female employees were being paid less than male employees even though they did the same job. Judge Breyer claimed that lawyers failed to show statistical and anecdotal evidence to back up their argument of discrimination.
We suggest that Judge Breyer visit his local Walmart store and talk with female employees. OH,individaul employees can proceed with their case. It will only take a few years or so.
