The Wikileaks war continues since the American government is not going to allow the world to know what its diplomats say in private about policy or people. Julian Assange remains in the Embassy of Ecuador in London because the British government will not promise that if Assange is sent to Sweden to face charges of sexual misconduct he will only remain in Sweden. Assange fears if he goes to Sweden, that government will extradite him to the USA to face criminal charges of spying and revealing secrets.
During the past few years we Americans have finally learned from former Bush appointed leaders what the great man thought and why he did what he did. If only we knew what was being told Bush in the months prior to the Iraq invasion, then Congress might have adopted different views and courses of operation.
Old Adage: “the Truth Shall Make You Free” Still a wise adage.
