NOBODY ASKED ME BUT

We offer observations on the human condition from a 22 years old mind trapped in an 82 year old body.

NOBODY ASKED ME BUT

I am always curious why a strange woman smiles at me.

I am usually curious at the variety  of delicacies in a coffee shop. Whatever happened to the cup of coffee and plain donut?

To not know one’s past is not to know one’s present.

I resent not being able to physically do as I desire.

I wonder if God does lunch with people.

Living on planet Earth means nothing can surprise me.

Old mom, old dad, old mom, meeting of white hair.

I feel guilty pouring out the lukewarm coffee to get hot coffee.

A student intently dislikes me for reprimanding him on bad manners. For him, I display bad manners.

Some push stomach forward when ordering food.

In my childhood, children did not eat in restaurants.

I am a smarter baseball manager than most major league ones.

Red boots, blue jeans but no white hair-not very patriotic.

Some shuffle shoulder from side to side.

Old farts like me eat the left overs.

An unfinished dream is sad.

Patience is not only a virtue, but a skill.

Women shake hair back as they talk.

As we talk the future is emerging
