We offer observations on the human condition from a 23 year old mind trapped in an 83 year old body.
NOBODY ASKED ME BUT
Few walk with hands folded behind back.
I wonder if God offers a weekly lottery.
I resent how age makes me stumble.
There is no “free delivery,”eventually you pay.
I assume God takes a vacation.
We need more paid holidays for people.
If not now, later, makes sense.
I have always regarded self as brother’s keeper.
Mystery of life–why does car go dead?
Go left,go right, or down the middle.
Hit the jackpot, question, is it really a jackpot?
Some swing arms when standing.
Take a chance, it is only a chance.
Each day we await something.
I enjoy the solitude of solitude.
Some turn right wondering if it is right.
I assume car problems come in pairs.
I wonder if anyone can really speak for God?
