Pakistan Upset About Truth

Admiral Mike Mullen, chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has spent years engaged in discussions, negotiations and debate with members of the Pakistan military, including the notorious secret service known as the Inter Services Intelligence(ISI). Mullen, like millions of people in Pakistan was shocked at the murder of famous journalist, Syed Saleem Shahzad. The journalist had told friends that his articles were upsetting the ISI since they identified corruption as well as collusion to protect Osama bin Laden in his not so secret house in Pakistan. Mullen told the media the ISI had “sanctioned” the murder of Shahzad. This has resulted in a furious, angry rebuttal from the Pakistan government which termed his remarks to be false and added there might be damage to Pakistan’s relations with the United States.

There must come a time when American leaders reach their limit in dealing with Pakistan. The ISI created the Taliban, the ISI protects the Taliban, the ISI provides weapon to the Taliban, and the ISI murders those who dare criticize their policies. Does anyone doubt they sanctioned this murder as well as hundreds of other such crimes?
