Trials And Tribulations Of Iran

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his American stooge, Mitt Romney, have been demanding that President Obama draw a red line in the sand and threaten war or an end to nuclear development. However, in Tehran, merchants and workers and even students are demanding changes in their lives as  the currency crumbles, as food shortages increase, and as hostility moves from muttering to friends to openly hostility toward inept government policies.

Iran’s currency has collapsed. Falling currency plus rising prices plus shortages of goods plus declining jobs has left the average Iranian demanding some changes. Merchants went on strike only to be forced to open by the police. In other words, Iran has serious internal problems.

I believe these events support the Obama policy toward Iran of tightening  screws of sanctions and  forcing the government has to respond.
