We Forget We Are All One People

Archeologists have uncovered evidence that chickens were brought to Peru from Hawaii and other Pacific Islands and in return vegetables and other materials flowed westward. In the midst of our contemporary angers and hates, we forget our common human heritage. We have been sharing foods, ideas, and many other cultural artifacts for thousands of years. Why can’t the heritage of our commonalities take precedence over our differences?
