BradleyManning has now been in jail for nearly two years on charges that he leaked to the world documents relating to what American diplomats discussed concerning their ideas on the world and other political leaders. Just about every year one or another former member of the government reveals the secrets of his diplomatic work including references to other leaders that always are not very polite. But, not a single one has spent a single day in jail. The judge in his case finally set a date for a trial in March and even decided that if he is found guilty about 112 days currently served in jail will count towards any prison time.
Question: What if he is found innocent? Just that one question since one assumes an individual is innocent until proven guilty.
